Before starting our family’s care at Pojero Family Chiropractic, our way of life was to take Advil or Tylenol to ease any discomfort we had. At the first sign of a cold we ran to the doctors for antibiotics and cough medicine.
After only 6 months of receiving care at Pojero Family Chiropractic, this winter has been very different for us and our health. The first very noticeable difference is that with regular care, there have been a lot fewer colds, ear infections and illnesses.
I am proud to say that my family has NOT taken any antibiotics this entire year!
I have learned if we keep our bodies properly aligned, hydrated & nutritionally balanced, our bodies will run like a well oiled machine!
